Acceptance of Terms. By using https://jmaplastering.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Services. JMA Plastering provides Residential Stucco Services, Commercial Stucco Services, Stucco Patching, Painting Service, Drywall Repair and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to JMA Plastering and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. JMA Plastering reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. JMA Plastering disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of JMA Plastering arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify JMA Plastering from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
